We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media and Community Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in enhancing our client's brand presence and fostering a vibrant online community.

THE ROLE:

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across all relevant platforms.

• Create, curate, and manage all published content, including text, images, and videos.

• Monitor and analyse social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitors to optimise content and strategy.

Community Building and Engagement:

• Cultivate and nurture a vibrant online community through active engagement and interaction.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates.

Content Creation:

• Create compelling and shareable content that aligns with the brand's voice and values.

• Develop a content calendar and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.

• Utilise multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and user-generated content.

Social Media Advertising:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

• Monitor and optimise ad performance based on key metrics and objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilise social media analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics.

• Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements across all social media channels.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong creative and visual content creation skills.

• Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.

• Community management experience.
