Foodchain Recruitment are introducing an Operations Manager role to join One Living's team to lead and optimise their end-to-end operations, working with their suppliers, 3PL, and delivery partners. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing several priorities and ensuring we have efficient and effective supply chain and operations whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives.

​Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy:

✨ Develop and implement the overall operations strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

πŸ’‘ Drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in all aspects of the supply chain and production processes.

Supply Chain Management:

πŸ”— Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

🀝 Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

Stock Management:

πŸ“… Plan and forecast stock management across all SKU’s.

πŸ“¦ Manage packaging and ingredient stock where applicable.

Cost Management:

πŸ’‘ Develop and manage the operations budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

πŸ“ˆ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve cost efficiency.

Project Management:

🚚 Oversee all aspects of a move to a new manufacturer.

⏱️ Manage timelines and delivery of projects to tight deadlines.

​ABOUT YOU:

βœ… Proven experience in an operations management role within the food and beverage industry.

βš™οΈ Strong understanding of supply chain management, production processes, and quality control.

πŸ“ˆ Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

πŸ“œ Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the beverage industry.

πŸ“Š Advanced Excel skills and able to utilize these to complete commercial analysis.
