Marketing Manager - Remote Working

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to join an exciting and healthy food brand. This is a key position that will be instrumental in driving the growth of the brand both online and in retail.

We are looking for a creative team player who is committed to consistently delivering high-quality communication to increase brand reach. As Marketing Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the business and work closely with the team to create and implement the marketing strategy.

THE ROLE:

  • Manage social media channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

    Create compelling editorial, video, and audio content for social channels using storytelling.

  • Grow and nurture customer subscriber list using Mailchimp to create email content for newsletters. Lead and manage the scheduling communications for delivery to the customer base.

  • Lead the creation and management of an annual marketing calendar, ensuring that campaigns, social collaborations, and offline marketing such as events, sampling, and editorial opportunities are well mapped out.

  • Manage the back end of the website, ensuring consistent and appropriate activity and that all content is optimised for SEO and user experience.

  • Work with external PR agency to brief them on any upcoming product launches , new retailer launches , increased distribution and founder activity.

  • Lead product photoshoots for NPD and content creation.

  • Organise and manage product sample send-outs to influencers, press, and buyers.

  • Support on customer services liaising with the team supporting on voucher fulfilment and updating the records weekly

  • Provide copywriting and proofreading to all customer-facing communications across the business including websites, listings, blogs, socials, newsletters, artwork, decks, etc

  • Collaborate with the external agency on the creation and analysis of marketing campaigns.

  • Explore and pioneer new methods of digital marketing across the business.

  • Engage and consult with the new product development team at their manufacturing sites, supporting with the testing of new products and liaising with the teams to ensure they're up-to-date and prepared for new product launches.

  • Support artwork briefing, review, and approval alongside the branding agency

  • Manage the upload of product artwork/ visuals to retailers' websites through services such as Brandbank & My Product DNA, ensuring that the correct images and product information is supplied.

  • Market research on new category opportunities to grow the brand

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Digital and technology savvy

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills suited for the web, from writing effective storytelling articles to content for SEO

  • Experience of using all major social media channels

  • Good working knowledge of creative tools in developing creative content using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) Canva

  • Video editing skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to plan and implement a marketing strategy.

  • Good working knowledge of web platforms such as Shopify/WooCommerce/ WordPress

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

  • Strong willingness to learn new skills

  • Ability to multitask.
