As a go-getting, entrepreneurial-minded Account Manager (yes, they like to call you our "Hutch Hustler"), you will be the driving force behind new and repeat sales for our incubator brands. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in the growth of the brands you work with, starting with the exciting start-up brand, FATSO! This deliciously ethical, extra chunky dark chocolate is redefining the confectionery industry and having fun while doing it.

โ€‹KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

๐ŸŒŸ Proactively pitch and convert new accounts (focusing on independent and premium direct to retail wins)

๐ŸŒŸ Manage and retain accounts across various channels

๐ŸŒŸ Engage in sampling sessions at key accounts to drive sell-through

๐ŸŒŸ Gather feedback and collaborate with marketing on in-store activations, POS, and social media opportunities

๐ŸŒŸ Present weekly sales updates to the senior management team
