As a go-getting, entrepreneurial-minded Account Manager (yes, they like to call you our "Hutch Hustler"), you will be the driving force behind new and repeat sales for our incubator brands. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in the growth of the brands you work with, starting with the exciting start-up brand, FATSO! This deliciously ethical, extra chunky dark chocolate is redefining the confectionery industry and having fun while doing it.

βKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
π Proactively pitch and convert new accounts (focusing on independent and premium direct to retail wins)
π Manage and retain accounts across various channels
π Engage in sampling sessions at key accounts to drive sell-through
π Gather feedback and collaborate with marketing on in-store activations, POS, and social media opportunities
π Present weekly sales updates to the senior management team

This permanent role is based in the London office in Richmond, but you'll also have the opportunity to embark on exciting journeys with occasional travel. Plus, they offer a hybrid work policy to balance life and career.
