As Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll have the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and help to expand the wholesale business and brand partnerships in the local food and restaurant scene.

THE ROLE
Develop and implement a brand partnership strategy that supports Tea Rebellion's business goals and mission
Identify and research potential brand partnership in retail and foodservice in the UK and Europe in consultation with the leadership team at Tea Rebellion
Lead the outreach & business development and negotiation process as well as follow up after meetings & events
Manage ongoing brand partnerships, including contract negotiations, reporting, and analysis
Represent Tea Rebellion at events and meetings with partners and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners
Monitor and analyse the success of partnerships
ABOUT YOU
Proven track record in business development and sales
Experience in brand partnerships, business development, or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for sustainability and ethical business practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
