THE ROLE:
Doughlicious is on the hunt for a savvy Brand Manager to be the guardian of their epic brand. From strategy to execution, UK to US, NPD to shopper marketing โ youโll be at the heart of the brandโs next growth chapter.
๐ LOCATION: Full-time, on-site in Acton, West London

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
๐ฃ Own and evolve the Doughlicious brand across all touchpoints
๐ Lead brand campaigns, shopper marketing and innovation projects across UK and US
๐ฏ Work cross-functionally with Sales, NPD, Design, and agency partners
๐ Track brand and campaign performance, using insights to shape the strategy
๐ง Create impactful brand stories and tools for customers and retail partners
๐จ Brief and collaborate with designers, PR, social media, and digital teams
๐ฌ Support social content and brand storytelling across all channels
๐ป Manage website content and SEO in partnership with developers
๐ช Plan and execute events, sampling activations, and retail programs
๐ฉโ๐ผ Mentor a Marketing Assistant and contribute to a thriving team culture

๐ฆ Experience in FMCG brand/consumer marketing (food & drink experience = bonus!)
