  • Marketing, Brand and Creative Strategy Development & Implementation – creating and executing the Digital strategy within budget, which helped deliver on our key Marketing KPIs and driving brand awareness - including key creative assets for brand-building campaigns,

  • Social Media – developing and executing content for both B2C and B2B channels including briefing photographers, food and prop stylists to ensure brand communications remain consistent across all touch points.

  • NPD launches – working closely with innovation and sales teams to gather insights from consumers to inform business decisions and launch new products in line with the innovation pipeline.

  • Agency Management – working collaboratively on a daily basis with external PR, Design & Media agencies with highlights including achieving TV coverage and endorsement by household celebrities & chefs.

  • Email Marketing - growing the subscriber database and improving open rate.

  • Brand & Influencer Partnerships – establishing multi-channel partnerships that align with brand positioning to build the brand, grow awareness and

  • E-Commerce – leading a cross-functional team to launch a new online shop including providing a recommendation of fulfilment partner and implementing the change.

  • Amazon – managing an agency to optimise Amazon content and campaigns.

  • Market Research of Consumer Segments. Aiding the NPD Pipeline and Existing Product Development - including Packaging Design.

  • Budget & Campaign Management - managing all media activities from YouTube, Paid & Organic Social, Audio, Print, and OOH.

  • Trade Marketing across key accounts.
