Recent Experience:
  • Ideation and execution of marketing and brand campaigns, exceeding all KPI's.

  • Adapting campaigns to work across all EMEA markets, working with local distributors to execute.

  • Leading first brand refresh and positioning, transitioning to a more tongue and cheek, disruptive TOV and look.

  • Tracking brand health and performance across retailers (Nielsen).

  • Website management and optimisation, writing all copy, leading on content creation, manging platforms such as Klaviyo and WordPress.

  • Managing all digital marketing in EMEA markets, covering: SEO, META & Google Ads, Email marketing and Amazon.

  • Insights, ideation and launch of NPD.

  • Sampling and educating consumers and driving email subscribers. Retailer brand days, supporting sales with sell ins and customer meetings.

  • Creating and executing annual brand plans for the EMEA business.

  • Budget management of all marketing and ECOM spend.

  • Manage briefing, creation and delivery of all digital and PR content

  • Manage presence on the Citrus platform, driving and implementing strategy & plans, reporting on performance.

  • Working cross functionally with the team to ensure alignment and brand consistency across all markets
