Recent Experience:
  • Brand Building - as a young, growing company, the brand strategy is crucial. Developing 3-year plans off the back of extensive qualitative and quantitative research, helping to find the brand's place in the market, achieving growth in brand awareness amongst consumer segments.

  • Product - worked with the Chef & Co-Founder to help understand consumer demands to aid the NPD Pipeline and Existing Product Development. This included any packaging work too. Growing brand stocking points from 1,500 to over 5,000, with 15+ product launches across multiple categories.

  • Stakeholder & Agency Management - managing founder relationships and presenting ideas to the Board of Directors. Liaising with internal teams to align activity and working with outsourced partners across multiple marketing disciplines.

  • Budget Management - managed a 6-figure marketing budget from initial planning right through to month-on-month execution.

  • Creative Development - worked with numerous partners to develop key creative assets for brand-building campaigns, supporting Core SKUs and new launches.

  • Campaign Management - managed all media activities from YouTube, Paid & Organic Social, Audio, Print, and OOH. As well as Trade Marketing across key accounts.

  • Customer Service - managed Marketing Assistants to help process all customer communications. Dealing with customers, and ensuring they have positive associations with the brand. Experienced Crisis Management, whilst managing a product recall.
