Profile Summary:

Food Science & Innovation Graduate with Quality Assurance / Food Tech experience.

Over 4 years’ experience within FMCG, 2 years as a Food Technologist, 2 years as a Food Quality Assurance Auditor, with experience with HACCP standards as well as familiar with high paced working environments. Familiar with food safety regulations, guidelines, food safety audits, and food NPD processes.

Looking for a new career challenge and keen to progress into NPD. Open to all food categories.

Skills:

• Proven knowledge of HACCP and TQM systems (ISO, FSSC, Organic, MSc, etc.)

• Experience of working with a wide range of ambient, high care and high-risk products.

• Familiar with high paced working environments.

• Proficient in Office as well as most common food industry-related programs and systems like NutriCalc.

• Food Standards Agency Food Allergen

• Food Standards Agency Food Labelling

• Food Standards Agency Root Cause Analysis

• Food Standards Agency Traceability

• Food Standards Agency Vacuum Packing
