  • Line manager to NAE for convenience, managing overall C&C/Convenience P&L and supporting their career developing their skills to become a NAM.

  • Creating total strategy within C&C and convenience channel including aligning promotions, finding the essential range, launching NPD.

  • Work closely with marketing team to formulate marketing and advertising strategies for continuous business growth specific to my channel separate to grocery to have specific marketing for my channel outside of grocery.

  • Headed a field sales push, using an external agency to support convenience sales to build a business case for Off-Trade field teams.

  • Executed a strategy to have a specific format created for convenience C&C channel outside of other channels.
