THE ROLE
π² They are looking for a UK Social Media, Content Creator & Community Manager to be the voice and personality of the brand across digital platforms.
π You will grow awareness, create buzz, and nurture authentic communities that love Doughlicious as much as they do.
π€ This role involves collaborating with the U.S. team, managing influencers, creating thumb-stopping content, and leading proactive community management.
π₯ Youβll ideate, shoot, edit, and publish social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
π Own day-to-day management of UK social media channels.
π Develop and execute impactful content to grow engagement and conversions.
π Partner with global colleagues to align campaigns and content calendars.
π Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
π Stay ahead of cultural and social trends, using AI tools where smart.
π Lead community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and trends.
π Create high-quality creative assets for paid campaigns.
π Provide clear reporting, analytics, and ROI insights.

ABOUT YOU:
οΈ Social media & influencer marketing experience (ideally food/FMCG).
βοΈ Proven skills in ideating, shooting & editing content across TikTok & Instagram.
βοΈ Track record of growing and managing communities.
βοΈ Creative storyteller with a strong eye for culturally relevant content.
βοΈ Data-driven mindset and strong communication skills.
βοΈ Based in London and comfortable working on-site in Acton.
β Bonus: Experience with challenger brands or U.K. retail/omnichannel CPG.
