We are looking for an insightful, passionate and hard-working sales champion to join an FMCG start-up, Tonic Health, that’s on a mission to help the world recover faster from common illness.

On the back of solid distribution wins in the likes of Sainsburys, Tesco, Boots, Ocado and Wholefoods along with high-profile press coverage, Tonic have become the fastest growing immune health brand in the category and have exciting activation plans lined up for the season ahead to further their growth.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience driving growth through existing retailers and acquiring new business. It is a bonus if you worked in health, start up or the FMCG space previously but not essential.
You should be organised and able to analyse performance metrics and be strategic in prioritising your time and focus.
You will be working directly with the founder to help manage the commercial success of the business.
ABOUT YOU:
Experience in sales with experience in top 4 grocers.
A good understanding of retail and managing retail partners.
Experience at working to growth targets and delivering new business.
Experience at managing a P&L.
In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
