THE COMPANY:

As they gear up to launch a new event space in 2024, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their ambitious, hardworking, and fun team.
KEY TASKS:
Marketing Strategy:
• Lead a new location-based marketing strategy for a permanent event space in Southwark
• Consider financial targets and growth strategy for a realistic but ambitious marketing plan
• Analyse customer insights, trends, and market analysis for successful strategies
• Weekly and monthly review and measurement of marketing initiatives
Leadership & Communication:
• Work independently on business strategy while motivating a team
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative to align with company branding
• Lead regular company meetings to explain vision and direction
• Recruit marketing assistant positions
Business Development & Budgets:
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across platforms for future campaign development
• Manage monthly budget spend and project allocations for projected growth
• Respond to sales requirements, support on hitting targets, and react to change positively
ABOUT YOU:
• Enthusiastic, capable, and motivated leader with a passion for food and events
• Experience in a similar role, with strong experience in local marketing & SEO (experience in the food industry is preferable)
• A project manager who is a fluent multitasker, decision-maker, and team player
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• CRM and CMS experience
• Proficiency with social media development strategies and online content marketing
