THE ROLE: HEAD OF MARKETING
π Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
π Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
π¨ Brand Development: Oversee brand development, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and mission.
π¬ Customer Engagement: Craft and implement strategies for customer engagement, building and maintaining a loyal customer base.
πΌ Budget Management: Be the maestro of the marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum ROI.
π€ Collaboration: Harmonise efforts with sales and other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
ABOUT YOU:
π Experience in a senior marketing, brand, and communications role. Proven track record of leading and developing marketing teams.
π Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C.
βοΈ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decisions.
β Coffee industry background? That's a plus!
