Doughlicious are on the hunt for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales, West to lead their retail sales efforts and drive growth across the Western United States.
This is a pivotal role to shape the sales strategy, build key relationships, and achieve ambitious revenue goals. If youโve got a proven track record with key retail accounts like Albertsonโs, Sprouts, and Ralphโs, plus a passion for scaling innovative brands, this could be the perfect fit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
๐ช Lead and implement the retail sales strategy for Western regional accounts.
๐ค Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors.
๐ Use data insights to drive growth, optimize trade spend, and improve profitability.
๐๏ธ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market reach.
๐ Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales with marketing, product development, and finance.
๐ Manage broker relationships, ensuring execution of KPIs and sales strategies.
๐ Attend trade shows and market visits to represent Doughlicious and strengthen industry ties.

ABOUT YOU:
โ๏ธ CPG experience in sales, category management, or trade planning.
โ๏ธ Proven expertise with retailer accounts and syndicated data tools (Nielsen, SPINS, etc.).
โ๏ธ Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication.
โ๏ธ Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
โ๏ธ A passion for innovation in the Frozen & Refrigerated Dessert & Novelty categories.
