About Shandy Shack.

Back in the summer of 2018, a fun-loving trio on the wrong side of their twenties, who loved boozing, could no longer hack the hangover. They started searching for other drinks that could help cut down on units: shandy seemed to be on the tip of the tongue, but weren't convinced this parent-pleasing tradition would suit them. They decided to give it a second chance anyway…

They mixed some cracking craft beers with different amounts of top notch sodas. Some of them tasted unreal. Against the advice of their parents & mates, they quit their jobs, built a rickety pop-up bar, and went on tour with the best shandies they'd created to see if people liked them as much as them. And so Shandy Shack was born!

Shandy Shack want to put a shandy in every hand to show people that moderation doesn’t need to be a compromise.

Their love affair with craft shandy has since seen them win national supermarket listings, TV coverage on BBC & ITV & six-figure investment.

Shandy Shack exists to deliver moderation without compromising on flavour. They are uncompromising on the quality of their shandies and work, but are pretty relaxed about everything else!

They are here to have a good time and don’t take shandy too seriously. They pitch in at every level, and are never afraid to roll up their shelves to get the job done

Journey So Far...

Shandy Shack Launched.

​Shandy Shack is incorporated as a pop-up bar built by three friends, and hosts its inaugural events.

The IPA Shandy.

After concept proves popular at events, Shandy Shack brews its first bottled product, the IPA Shandy. They move into cans after a successful summer of brand activation at festivals & events.

Sainsbury's Trial.

After a significant COVID-induced pivot to a retail focus, Shandy Shack lands a Sainsbury’s trial through Future Brands. They unveil rebrand and second product, the Elderflower Lager Top

Seed Investment Secured.

​Shandy Shack closes a seed investment round of £160k from three angel investors and wins permanent listing with Sainsbury’s after successful trial. They experience rapid growth (online & wholesale) after wave of national PR inc This Morning.
