About La Tua Pasta.

La Tua Pasta pride themselves on being an authentic “Pastificio” (artisan pasta maker) & specialise in making fresh Italian pasta in the traditional style, bringing a piece of Italy to the UK.

The founders wanted the pasta to be so good, that chefs would be proud to serve it as their own hand-made pasta.

Moreover, they wanted to create a friendly business environment where the team could flourish. The belief is that a happy & dedicated team gives you great customer service as well as delicious pasta.

With these founding principles & a small team of pasta makers, they developed over 300 types of fresh filled pasta! At times calling family & friends back in Italy to get old recipes & new ideas.

La Tua first sold pasta at farmer’s markets, including the famous Borough Market, and soon became the pasta makers of choice for many of the top restaurants & hotels in London & beyond.

Today, La Tua Pasta are able to supply directly to consumers & continue to put the integrity of the product, the honesty of the ingredients & the shared values of the team at the very heart of everything they create.​ They are a global family business, pride themselves on both diversity - with over 20 nationalities represented - as well as their inclusivity.

They take pride in the beautiful pasta they make & the way they work together as team. Everyone is equally respected for the talents & skills that they bring to the company - and they are always looking for individuals to grow & learn at La Tua Pasta.

They kept the pasta rolling all throughout 2020 & the commitment of their employees to continue to produce both for their communities & for the NHS won them several awards & nominations. They are very proud of their team in how hard they worked to both keep each other safe as well as continue to make food for locked down consumers. Their story & growth continues!

Journey So Far.

The Start Of La Tua.

​Husband wife duo, Francesco & Carolina Boggian start producing pillowy, handmade fresh pasta in their North London kitchen, & launch La Tua Pasta.

Recognition for Zero Waste to Landfill.

Proudly won a ‘Zero Waste to Landfill’ award from ACM Environmental for their waste management process.

Great Taste Award.

​Received Great Taste award for 'Producer of the Year.'

New Owners.

Original founders, Francesco & Caroline moved back to Italy & after falling in love with La Tua Pasta at Borough Market, Nicolas & Patricia Hanson took over the company.

Product Innovation Award.

Winner of Papa Industry's 'Innovative Food to go Category' for Mini Doughnuts Pistachio.

Adapted to Covid challenges, by updating website & delivering direct to consumer.
