About Joe & Seph's

Joe & Seph's are a family business who launched in 2010 with a mission to produce the best tasting popcorn in the world. With over 40 Great Taste Award is safe to say they know what they are doing!

They strive to do things differently, to ensure their popcorn is the very best tasting possible.

All their popcorn and caramel sauces are handmade in London by a small team of pastry chefs. With a range of over 50 flavours of popcorn, 10 caramel sauces and healthier air pop cooking method that results in a better texture and taste.

What makes them different from other popcorn companies is their commitment to quality with each batch being handmade, air popped using only the finest 100% natural ingredients. That unique cooking technique means the flavours unlock as you crunch on the popcorn and with range of o innovative flavours.

By air-popping the corn and coating it in a smooth caramel made from fresh butter they discovered that by using 100% natural ingredients and a unique "flavour-sequencing" process I could lock in flavours so that they flourished on the palate at different intervals as you're eating the popcorn.

Their popcorn has won us a selection of awards, including over 40 Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food! These are known as "the Oscars of the food world" reflecting their approach to quality and doing things differently and taking the popcorn market by a storm!

​"After many burnt pans and late-night tasting sessions in the family kitchen, my Wife, eldest Son, and I took my popcorn to a food show in 2010 where we sold out in just two days. Shortly after we achieved our first prestigious retail listing and… Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn was born.” - Joseph Sopher

New Flavours and New Outlets

They developed over 25 flavours and as one of the best-performing products in the whole of the food store led to partnerships with Selfridges, Harrods and Wholefoods followed by Ocado. Ultimately they also stocked in Picturehouse Cinemas, and hotels and airlines with he business turnover of £1m.

They are the PROUD owners of 76 Great Taste awards – more than any other popcorn brand! But they are not resting on their laurels and constantly keep introducing new flavours and growing their brand.
