The Opportunity
🤝 Harry Brompton’s is looking for an experienced and well-connected National Account Manager – Foodservice to lead its growth across the UK Out-of-Home and Contract Catering channels. This is a new business-led position offering significant commercial ownership and the opportunity to grow alongside the brand.
🔓 The successful candidate will identify and secure the partnerships, listings and distribution opportunities capable of delivering meaningful scale.
⚡ They will join a small and ambitious team where decisions are made quickly, strong ideas are acted upon and every individual has a visible impact on the company’s development.
🚪 This is not an account-maintenance role. Harry Brompton’s needs a commercially driven hunter who understands the Foodservice landscape, can open doors and has the credibility and relationships to create opportunities from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
🔎 Identify and win new business across UK Foodservice and Out-of-Home, including Contract Catering, Business and Industry, hospitality, travel, education and QSR.
🤝 Build and manage senior relationships with Tier 1 operators and route-to-market partners.
🏢 Target organisations such as Bidfood, Brakes, Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, Elior, BaxterStorey, CH&CO and other strategically relevant partners.
📍 Expand distribution and secure new listings throughout the Out-of-Home estate.
📈 Take full ownership of revenue, volume and profitability targets.
🗺️ Develop and execute account plans that increase volume and create genuine advocacy for the Harry Brompton’s brand.
💬 Lead commercial negotiations, promotional planning and customer-specific activity.
🎯 Identify the accounts and distribution opportunities capable of making the greatest commercial difference.
👥 Work collaboratively with the wider team to turn commercial opportunities into successful launches.
🧠 Make intelligent and commercially sound decisions about where to invest time, budget and resources.

🏹 A proactive new business hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and turning commercial conversations into measurable growth.
🍴 Direct experience selling into Foodservice, Out-of-Home or Contract Catering channels.
🚀 A strong new business mindset, with the confidence to approach, engage and influence senior commercial decision-makers.
🔗 A detailed understanding of how the UK Foodservice route-to-market model operates.
💷 Commercial understanding of customer P&Ls, margins, pricing, promotions and distribution models.
📝 Experience developing and delivering commercially effective account plans.
⚡ The agility and confidence to make decisions in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
🙌 A collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively without a large corporate support structure.
🥤 FMCG or drinks-sector experience, preferably gained within a growing challenger brand.
🚗 A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
