The Opportunity

🎨 Take ownership of creative projects from concept through to completion.

📷 Plan and lead professional product and lifestyle photography and video shoots.

🚀 Create eye-catching marketing campaigns that help drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.

🤝 Work closely with colleagues across the business to transform ideas into impactful creative assets.

💡 Play a key role in launching new products and supporting the continued growth of multiple brands.

What You'll Be Doing

🎨 Design high-quality artwork, graphics, brochures, presentations, exhibition materials, vehicle graphics and promotional collateral.

📸 Capture and edit professional photography and videography for campaigns, products and brand content.

📱 Produce engaging digital content for social media, websites, email marketing and online campaigns.

🚀 Support exciting new product launches with creative marketing materials.

🤝 Collaborate with marketing, sales and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

💡 Generate fresh creative ideas that strengthen the company's brands and customer engagement.

📦 Manage marketing collateral, ensuring assets remain current, organised and available when needed.

🎪 Support exhibitions, events and wider marketing initiatives throughout the year.

What They're Looking For

🎨 A talented Graphic Designer with strong creative flair and attention to detail.

📸 Experience with photography, videography and content creation.

💻 Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related software).

📱 Experience producing content across both print and digital platforms.

🗣️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
