We're partnering with Squish, a fast-growing premium drinks business already supplying hundreds of the UK's leading hospitality venues, including sites boasting more than 60 Michelin stars between them.
As the business continues to expand its award-winning mixer range, we're looking for a National Account Manager to drive growth across the on-trade, winning and developing business with hospitality groups, casual dining chains, premium pub groups, gastro operators and bar groups across the UK.
📍 London HQ (Hybrid/Remote) + Field-Based | UK-Wide Travel
The Opportunity
This is a genuine growth role where you'll take ownership of your own territory and be trusted to deliver results.
You'll be responsible for:
🍸 Winning new business across hospitality, casual dining, premium pub and bar groups
🤝 Building and developing relationships with key buyers, operators and decision-makers
📈 Growing existing accounts through menu development, staff training, activations and commercial partnerships
🎯 Delivering against ambitious sales targets whilst helping establish Squish as a leading mixer brand within the hospitality sector
🌍 Representing the brand at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows and tastings
What We're Looking For
We're keen to consider individuals who:
✅ Have a proven track record selling beverages into the on-trade
✅ Already have established relationships with hospitality groups, pub groups, bar operators or casual dining customers
✅ Can demonstrate consistent delivery against sales and growth targets
✅ Are self-sufficient, commercially driven and comfortable managing their own territory
✅ Enjoy building brands, opening doors and creating long-term customer partnerships
Experience across mixers, soft drinks, premium beverages, spirits or wider drinks categories would all be of interest.
