The Role
Following continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Quality / Technical Manager to lead food safety, quality and compliance activities across the UK operation.
π‘οΈ Lead Food Safety, Quality and Technical Compliance across the business.
π Maintain and continuously improve the Food Safety & Quality Management System.
π Manage BRC, HACCP and third-party certification programmes.
β Ensure compliance with retailer, customer, regulatory and company requirements.
π€ Oversee supplier approval processes and product quality compliance.
π₯ Lead, coach and develop the Quality team.
β οΈ Drive investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints and risk management activities.
π Design and deliver food safety and quality training programmes across the business.
π Produce quality performance reports and provide technical guidance to senior leadership.
π‘ Support continuous improvement initiatives and wider business projects.

About You
π Experience within a Quality or Technical role in food manufacturing, food ingredients or food trading.
π‘οΈ Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC and food safety legislation.
π Experienced in conducting internal and external audits.
π₯ Previous experience leading or supervising quality teams.
π Confident managing customer complaints, investigations and corrective actions.
π Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance and continuous improvement.
π» Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
