THE ROLE
πŸ“Š Creating product spec sheets using nutritional data, USP’s and artwork
πŸ“¦ Managing product samples – coordinating deliveries for retailers and internal teams
🏭 Supporting the sourcing and onboarding of new manufacturing partners
πŸ” Reviewing product quality vs category benchmarks and competitors
πŸ“ž Organising and running monthly manufacturer calls
πŸ“ˆ Chasing, analysing and adding commentary to weekly sales reports
🧠 Building a strong understanding of business performance and key drivers
πŸ“… Managing and updating promotional and retail media calendars
πŸ›’ Analysing customer product mix vs brand and category strategy
πŸš€ Identifying new business opportunities through category gap analysis
πŸ“Š Developing compelling pitch decks with cross-functional input
🎯 Executing sampling and event activations

ABOUT YOU
πŸ’₯ Minimum 1+ years experience in product, sales or FMCG (food/drink preferred)
🧠 Structured, organised and able to manage multiple workstreams
πŸ’¬ Strong communicator with the ability to influence internally and externally
🏑 Comfortable working remotely while staying highly collaborative
πŸš€ Ambitious, proactive and self-driven with a β€œget it done” mindset
