THE OPPORTUNITY
π A brand-new role created due to growth, working directly with the Founder and Business Operations Manager. A unique position combining Founder support, operations, social media & brand exposure. Perfect for someone who thrives on variety, ownership and being at the heart of a fast-growing business

FOUNDER SUPPORT
π
Managing the Founderβs diary, travel and day-to-day admin
π€ Attending events (with and on behalf of the Founder) and creating social content
πΈ Organising brand & Founder photoshoots and content days
ποΈ Coordinating guest speaker bookings and producing speaker packs
π Submitting award applications for both Founder and brand
π± Managing and planning Founder social media content (Instagram & TikTok)
π Monitoring performance and reporting insights back to the Founder

BUSINESS OPERATIONS SUPPORT
π¦ Supporting general operations β orders, travel, diaries and event coordination
π Helping implement new processes across the business
π Maintaining key internal documents, trackers and procedures
π Coordinating product samples with manufacturers and warehouse partners
π― Supporting sampling activations, influencer boxes and events
π¬ Assisting with customer service and consumer engagement
π Liaising with warehouse teams on stock and sample queries
π¦ Sending out samples, PR boxes and giveaways
π·οΈ Creating barcodes and supporting product setup
πͺ Conducting store visits (pricing, promotions, fixtures)
π Ensuring products are accurately represented online (content, imagery, pricing)
β Monitoring product reviews and feedback

ABOUT YOU
π Experience in a fast-paced start-up (ideally food & drink)
π§βπΌ Background as a PA, Operations Assistant or Social Media Assistant
π Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
π Proactive with strong attention to detail
π± Strong understanding of social media (Instagram & TikTok)
πΈ Comfortable creating content using an iPhone
π¬ Strong communication skills across all levels (internal & external)
π» Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
π‘ Able to work remotely while staying collaborative
πͺ Hands-on, adaptable and willing to get stuck in
π― Customer-focused mindset with a βget it doneβ attitude
