πΌ The Opportunity
This is a flexible hire as it's a newly created role in the team - the position can be shaped around the right person (Account Executive / Account Manager level).
Youβll work directly with the Managing Director in a small, collaborative team, with real exposure and the chance to make a genuine impact.

π What Youβll Be Doing
- Supporting and managing grocery, wholesale & natural retail accounts
- Helping drive new listings and sales growth across supermarkets
- Building out a structured promotional calendar across retail, distributors & export
- Supporting activity across foodservice and international markets
- Getting involved in the wider business β from commercial planning to ad-hoc projects

π What Theyβre Looking For
- Experience (or interest) in account management / sales within food & drink
- Someone hands-on, adaptable and happy to work in a small team
- Interest in natural, organic or vegan food brands is a big plus π±
- Commercial mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
