Over the past 3β4 years, Cocoba has experienced significant growth, built on creativity, flexibility, and close collaboration with customers to deliver innovative, commercially successful products. As the business continues to scale, they are now looking to appoint a UK National Account Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across grocery.

THE ROLE:
This is a key commercial hire, focused on growing Cocobaβs presence across UK grocery, convenience, and discounter channels.
The successful candidate will:
- Take ownership of key grocery retail relationships, driving growth across existing accounts
- Develop both branded and private label opportunities
- Expand within existing customers by identifying new category opportunities
- Collaborate with commercial and NPD teams to develop compelling product ranges
- Ensure all activity delivers commercially viable and profitable outcomes
- Drive new business across grocery, convenience, and discounter channels
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery

ABOUT YOU:
- Experience managing UK grocery retail accounts (ideally within premium / branded products)
- Strong ability to build relationships with buyers and development teams
- Existing network within grocery retail is highly advantageous
- Proven track record of identifying and delivering growth opportunities
- Collaborative, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
