πŸ› Build retailer-specific growth plans to unlock new opportunities and maximise performance
🀝 Work cross-functionally with marketing, manufacturing and operations teams to deliver aligned commercial strategies
πŸ“ˆ Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the brand across UK grocery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

πŸ—‚ Create retailer-specific growth plans and customer contact strategies
πŸ“Š Analyse category, shopper and EPOS data to influence buyers and shape proposals
πŸ“… Develop promotional calendars and commercial plans for key retail partners
🧠 Lead category & insights strategy across TGK’s product categories
πŸ“ˆ Monitor competitor launches, pricing and promotions to identify opportunities
πŸ“‘ Prepare compelling sales decks, insights presentations and proposals
πŸ› Support new listings, NPD launches and retail expansion
🎯 Forecast volumes and manage sales pipelines with production & operations teams
πŸͺ Conduct store visits and attend retailer conferences to stay close to the market
πŸ“Š Manage data sources including Circana, retailer insights platforms and shopper data
