π As the brand continues to scale, The Gym Kitchen is now looking for a dynamic Commercial & Category Manager to help drive the next stage of retail growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY
π Drive growth across new and existing retail customers through category-led, insight-driven selling
π Build retailer-specific growth plans to unlock new opportunities and maximise performance
π€ Work cross-functionally with marketing, manufacturing and operations teams to deliver aligned commercial strategies
π Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the brand across UK grocery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
π Create retailer-specific growth plans and customer contact strategies
π Analyse category, shopper and EPOS data to influence buyers and shape proposals
π
Develop promotional calendars and commercial plans for key retail partners
π§ Lead category & insights strategy across TGKβs product categories
π Monitor competitor launches, pricing and promotions to identify opportunities
π Prepare compelling sales decks, insights presentations and proposals
π Support new listings, NPD launches and retail expansion
π― Forecast volumes and manage sales pipelines with production & operations teams
πͺ Conduct store visits and attend retailer conferences to stay close to the market
π Manage data sources including Circana, retailer insights platforms and shopper data

ABOUT YOU
π FMCG grocery experience managing major retail accounts
π Strong commercial and category mindset, using data to influence decisions
π Experience building and delivering customer business plans
π¬ Confident communicator with the ability to influence internally and externally
π Comfortable with P&L analysis and commercial performance tracking
π Entrepreneurial, proactive and excited by fast-growing challenger brands
π€ A collaborative team player who thrives in a small, ambitious team
