THE ROLE:
Based at the East London office and reporting to the Managing Director, UK, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on delivering operational excellence and outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will act as a central link between sales, marketing, operations, logistics partners and customers β ensuring seamless order flow, efficient issue resolution, and accurate reporting to support ambitious growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
π¦ Order Management & Invoicing
Process daily orders and invoice accurately and on time
Track orders end-to-end, resolving issues proactively
Provide clear updates internally and externally
Support daily sales reporting
π¬ Customer Service Excellence
Manage the customer service inbox in line with brand tone of voice
Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
Build trusted relationships with retail and distribution partners
π Logistics & 3PL Management
Liaise regularly with third-party logistics providers
Monitor stock movements, delivery performance and costs
Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities
π Reporting & Commercial Support
Maintain live P&Ls, order trackers and performance dashboards
Deliver insight-led analysis by customer
Support monthly revenue targets through gap analysis
Highlight growth opportunities and risks

Month-End & Financial Support
Support stock close processes in line with finance deadlines
Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness
π Sales & Marketing Administration
Complete new line forms, set-ups and promotional submissions
Coordinate samples and marketing materials
Support export administration and repacking requests
Provide cross-functional administrative support
β Process Improvement
Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
π’ Office Management
Maintain a tidy, organised office environment
Ensure samples and materials are replenished

ABOUT YOU:
π Experience in operations, customer service or supply chain (FMCG desirable)
π Experience processing orders and managing customer accounts
π Exposure to 3PL providers preferred
π Strong Excel and reporting capability
π Experience supporting commercial teams advantageous
