Natco Foods is a well-established food ingredients business based in Buckingham, with more than 50 years of experience supplying flavourful and healthy ingredients to households across the UK.

With a wide portfolio spanning herbs & spices, pulses, grains, nuts, canned products, pickles, chutneys, poppadoms and gram flour, Natco Foods supplies most major UK supermarkets across both own label and private label categories. As part of an international group, the business continues to invest in growth, innovation and expansion.

Due to continued growth, Natco Foods is now looking for a motivated and commercially driven Telesales / Customer Service Executive to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating sales opportunities and supporting a growing commercial function.

THE OPPORTUNITY

📞 This is a predominantly outbound sales role, focused on engaging customers and generating new opportunities.
🤝 You will manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers while identifying new prospects.
📈 You will help build a strong pipeline of opportunities and support the Field Sales team in converting these into long-term relationships.
⚡ This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and enjoys proactive customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🤝 Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and identify growth opportunities.
📞 Proactively generate orders and opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns and social media engagement.
📦 Support B2B sales by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant product ranges.
🔎 Research and identify prospective customers to create a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
💬 Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and communicate effectively with internal teams.
📊 Support targeted sales initiatives, promotional campaigns and market research activities.
🏢 Work collaboratively with teams across Field Sales, Warehouse, Transport and Accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
🗂 Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within internal systems.

ABOUT YOU:

📞 Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales or telemarketing would be advantageous.
💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
🎯 Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware.
📋 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
🤝 Ability to quickly build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
⚡ Proactive attitude with a positive and team-oriented approach.
📦 Previous experience in telesales, sales support or customer service would be beneficial but not essential.
