π As part of an international group and with continued investment in growth and development, Natco Foods is now looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
π¨βπΌ Reporting directly to the CEO, the Quality Manager will lead the companyβs technical and quality agenda across the site.
π‘ You will ensure the highest standards of food safety, legality and product quality are maintained. The role covers process control, traceability, quality assurance and quality control across the business.
π You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Food Safety legislation, ISO22000 and BRC standards, while acting as a strong ambassador for the company internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
π‘ Ensure full compliance with Food Safety legislation, BRC accreditation and ISO standards, maintaining and developing the companyβs Food Safety and Quality Management System.
π Contribute to the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the manufacturing facility, ensuring strong technical integrity.
π Review and manage non-conformances and customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
π Support and manage the internal audit programme and technical audit processes.
π Maintain and control all technical documentation, product specifications and quality records.
π€ Approve and audit suppliers while maintaining the approved supplier database.
π₯ Lead, motivate and develop the Technical team, supporting the wider quality culture within the business.
β Advise leadership on current and emerging risks relating to food safety, compliance and legislation.
π Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality performance.
π Stay up to date with Food Safety, Food Hygiene, Labelling and Health & Safety legislation.

Support the BRC team in maintaining the companyβs AA grade BRC accreditation.

ABOUT YOU:
π½ Previous experience in a Quality or Technical Manager role within the food manufacturing industry.
π Recognised qualifications or training in Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety and Internal Auditing.
π Experience working in a manufacturing environment using ERP systems.
π Strong knowledge of BRC standards, ISO standards and food safety legislation.
π€ Leadership capability with the ability to guide and support technical teams.
β‘ Proactive, organised and confident in managing quality systems within a fast-paced environment.
