THE OPPORTUNITY
π€ Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility across Health & Safety, facilities, and site operations
ποΈ Youβll play a key role in shaping a safe, compliant and high-performing environment across multiple sites including Buckingham, Colindale and Hayes
π A chance to lead from the front β driving HSE strategy, continuous improvement, and embedding a strong safety-first culture across the business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
βοΈ Ensure full compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and all relevant legislation
π Develop, review and implement H&S policies, procedures and management systems
π§ Partner with department leaders to embed safe systems of work and conduct risk assessments
π₯ Lead and coordinate the Health & Safety Committee, ensuring actions are followed through
π Deliver and organise relevant H&S training across the business
π¨ Manage accident reporting, investigations and preventative actions
π₯ Oversee fire safety, risk assessments, drills and site security systems
π’ Take ownership of facilities, site maintenance, utilities and contractor management
π Advise senior leadership on current and emerging legislation, driving proactive compliance

ABOUT YOU
π NEBOSH / IOSH qualified (or equivalent)
π Experience within Health & Safety and/or Facilities in a complex environment
π Strong auditing, inspection and risk identification experience
π’ Background managing multi-site operations and contractor safety
π₯ Proven experience in fire safety and risk assessments
π‘ A proactive mindset with a passion for building a safety-first culture
