π PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As Shopper Marketing Manager β Impulse, youβll own the shopper marketing strategy across Impulse and On Trade, delivering impactful activation that supports customers, brands and commercial goals.
Working in close partnership with Sales, Brand, Category and our customers, youβll create a seamless path to purchase and play a key role in delivering the annual business plan and channel βmust winsβ.

π THE ROLE:
β¨ Plan and execute best-in-glass shopper campaigns aligned to the Impulse channel strategy
π― Translate brand plans into customer-specific activation, tailored to shopper needs
πͺ Deliver a strong omni-channel presence through full-year customer plans and standout POS
π Drive visibility and share of shelf through in-store, depot and promotional activations
π€ Build strong partnerships with key Impulse & On-Trade customers via joint business planning
π¦ Be the key marketing contact for field agencies, equipping them with POS and brand tools
πͺ Lead trade shows, roadshows and customer events that inspire and engage
π° Own shopper & customer budgets, working with Finance to maximise ROI
π Track performance using clear KPIs and campaign metrics to drive continuous improvement
π§ Share competitor insight and trends to inspire future activation
π₯ Plan and deliver key distribution initiatives (including Operation Ignite)
