VCT Europe is the European arm of one of the world’s most iconic wine brands and is home to Casillero del Diablo – a globally recognised premium wine brand originating from Chile 🇨🇱.
They are now looking to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of the Diablo brand across the UK and key European markets including Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland.
This is a highly visible role with real influence – shaping brand strategy, driving commercial growth and working closely with global brand owners, senior stakeholders and agency partners.
🍇 THE ROLE:
The Senior Brand Manager will:
✨ Develop and own the Diablo brand plans across the UK & EU
✨ Lead annual brand strategies using consumer, category and commercial insight
✨ Drive brand visibility, advocacy and engagement internally and externally
✨ Manage agency partners across PR, social, media and partnerships
✨ Monitor brand health, sales performance and ROI, recommending action plans
✨ Work closely with sales, shopper marketing, category and insight teams
✨ Support innovation, NPD and EPD launches with global colleagues
✨ Manage brand budgets and ensure spend delivers maximum return

✅ 5+ years’ FMCG experience at Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager level

✅ Excellent communication and project management skills
✅ A hands-on, proactive approach with strategic thinking
