VCT Europe is the European arm of one of the worldβs most iconic wine brands and is home to Casillero del Diablo β a globally recognised premium wine brand originating from Chile π¨π±.
They are now looking to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of the Diablo brand across the UK and key European markets including Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland.
This is a highly visible role with real influence β shaping brand strategy, driving commercial growth and working closely with global brand owners, senior stakeholders and agency partners.

π THE ROLE:
The Senior Brand Manager will:
β¨ Develop and own the Diablo brand plans across the UK & EU
β¨ Lead annual brand strategies using consumer, category and commercial insight
β¨ Drive brand visibility, advocacy and engagement internally and externally
β¨ Manage agency partners across PR, social, media and partnerships
β¨ Monitor brand health, sales performance and ROI, recommending action plans
β¨ Work closely with sales, shopper marketing, category and insight teams
β¨ Support innovation, NPD and EPD launches with global colleagues
β¨ Manage brand budgets and ensure spend delivers maximum return
β

π§ ABOUT YOU:
Theyβre looking for someone who brings:

5+ yearsβ FMCG experience at Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager level
β
Strong brand planning and commercial acumen
β
Proven agency and stakeholder management experience
β
Confidence influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
β
A consumer-first mindset with strong category insight
β
Excellent communication and project management skills
β
A hands-on, proactive approach with strategic thinking
