Now they’re looking for a commercially driven Commercial Manager to take ownership of key customer relationships and drive the next stage of growth.

THE ROLE:

This is a high-impact role with responsibility for delivering revenue growth across major UK Grocers and wholesale partners. You’ll work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to shape strategy and execute with pace.

🛒 Account Management & Growth

🔹 Own and grow key retail accounts
🔹 Deliver JBPs and category-led proposals
🔹 Identify new listing opportunities
🔹 Lead promotional planning & activation strategy
🔹 Manage forecasting and trade spend

🔹 Analyse sales performance across categories
🔹 Identify distribution, waste & availability risks
🔹 Provide strategic recommendations to leadership

🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership

🔹 Work with NPD, Supply Chain & Marketing
🔹 Engage suppliers on cost and margin optimisation
