📍 Remote (UK) | Regular travel to customers & events

THE ROLE:

As Commercial Executive, you’ll support the Sales team across major UK Grocers while also landing and managing new business opportunities of your own. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

📈 New & Existing Business

🔹 Work with the sales team to drive growth across TGK Ambient ranges
🔹 Work with UK Grocers, Wholesalers & Export partners
🔹 Present compelling category-led propositions to buyers
🔹 Manage promotions & activation plans (in-store & online)
🔹 Analyse weekly sales data & highlight risks/opportunities
🔹 Liaise with suppliers to support growth

🔹 Create impactful strategic customer decks
🔹 Align with cross-functional teams
🔹 Bring creativity using AI & visual storytelling

🏬 Store Visits

🔹 Capture range photos & competitor NPD
🔹 Review pricing, promo & feature space
🔹 Update pricing matrices
🔹 Ensure online & in-store alignment

ABOUT YOU

✨ FMCG experience (Food & Drink preferred)
✨ Exposure to major UK Grocers
✨ Strong organisation & multitasking skills
✨ Confident communicator (internal & external)
✨ Excel, PowerPoint & Word proficiency
✨ Self-starter mindset
✨ “Get things done” attitude with a passion for Food & Drink
