As part of their next phase of growth, The Gym Kitchen is now looking to appoint a Part-Time Category Manager to strengthen their category capability and support retail partners with insight-led growth strategies.

🚀 THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a part-time role (ideal for someone seeking flexibility alongside other commitments), focused on driving category growth across key retail accounts.
You will:
📊 Deliver compelling, insight-led category reviews and recommendations
📈 Analyse EPOS, shopper and market data to identify growth opportunities
🛒 Support retail buyers with range reviews, NPD launches and merchandising strategy
📦 Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to align promotional and activation plans
💡 Provide data-driven storytelling that positions The Gym Kitchen as a category thought leader
👀 ABOUT YOU:
✔️ Experience in Category Management within FMCG (food ideally)
✔️ Strong retailer data knowledge (Nielsen, Circana, dunnhumby or similar)
✔️ Confident presenting to retail buyers and internal stakeholders
✔️ Commercially aware – understands margin, promo ROI and range optimisation
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Experience within chilled, ready meals, protein or health-led categories would be advantageous.
