Natco Foods is an earth-loving food business based in Buckingham, with over 60 years of heritage supplying flavoursome and healthy ingredients to kitchens across the UK and beyond. As part of an international group spanning continents, Natco Foods offers an extensive portfolio of ambient products including herbs, spices, pulses, grains, nuts, canned goods, pickles, chutneys, poppadoms — and even mills its own gram flour.

Supplying most major UK supermarkets across both private label and own label ranges, Natco Foods continues to invest in growth and innovation. As part of this expansion, the business is now seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join its established commercial team.

🚀 THE OPPORTUNITY

Natco Foods is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven National Account Manager to lead end-to-end account management within the UK retail market.

This is a fast-paced role covering forecasting, promotional planning, cost control, negotiation, and NPD launches — working closely with Grocery and Convenience customers to grow category performance and drive commercial success.

The role will be based in Buckingham, with time spent in the London office and regular travel to customer sites.

🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

🔹 Manage and develop relationships with key supermarket customers
🔹 Identify and unlock growth opportunities across existing and new product ranges
🔹 Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Buying, Finance, and Operations
🔹 Track, measure and evaluate sales performance using internal reporting
🔹 Provide regular performance updates to the CEO and wider business
🔹 Deliver top and bottom-line growth through robust customer strategies
🔹 Collaborate with the Design team on shopper marketing plans
🔹 Monitor industry trends and market pricing to maintain competitiveness

🧠 ABOUT YOU

✔️ Experience managing large Grocery multiples
✔️ Strong exposure to accounts such as Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, and Costco (highly desirable)
✔️ Proven ownership of customer P&L and retail supply chain understanding
✔️ Ability to build strategic relationships with senior retailer counterparts
✔️ Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple customers
✔️ Clear, confident communication skills
✔️ Comfortable working from the London office several days per week
✔️ Strong Excel skills and familiarity with commercial tools
✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
