THE OPPORTUNITY
π€ Maltra Foods is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join its high-performing, collaborative Sales Team, whilst also working closely with Planning, Production and Finance
Customer Service Responsibilities
π Act as the key escalation point for customer order issues, working with Sales & Operations to resolve effectively
π οΈ Manage after-sales service including complaints, quality issues, damages and invoicing queries
π Monitor and report on DIFOT, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
π Collaborate with Demand Planning and Account Managers to support accurate forecasting
π³ Work closely with Finance on customer portals, credit and payment matters
π¨ Coordinate customer communications on behalf of Account Managers
π± Provide tele-sales support where required

Salesforce & Systems
π§© Maintain Salesforce data integrity, user roles, permissions and SAP integrations
π Support Salesforce users with training, dashboards and reporting
π€ Liaise with Sales, Finance and third-party providers to ensure system efficiency

General Sales Support
π Maintain Sales SOPs and reporting documentation
π¦ Respond to ad hoc requests including product specs, certificates and samples
π° Assist with sales-related expenses, ensuring budget alignment
π
Organise internal meetings and manage calendars
π§ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider Sales Team

ABOUT YOU
π§ Highly organised, solutions-focused and passionate about great customer service
π₯ Sales Administration experience within a food manufacturing environment
π» Strong CRM experience (Salesforce highly desirable)
π£οΈ Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with major retailers and smaller distributors
π Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
π Proficient in Microsoft Office
β‘ Proactive, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple priorities
