Exquisine is now looking to appoint a Head of Sales to join the Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commercial future.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a commercially astute FMCG sales leader. The Head of Sales will own Exquisine’s sales strategy end-to-end — protecting and growing existing customer partnerships while unlocking new retail and QSR opportunities.
This role sits at the heart of the business, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day commercial execution. The successful candidate will bring strong market insight, disciplined forecasting, and a clear results focus to the leadership table.
THE ROLE
🤝 Leading and growing key retail and QSR customer relationships
📈 Driving sales and margin growth through sustainable pricing strategies
🚀 Identifying, securing, and converting new retail and QSR opportunities
💬 Owning senior-level commercial negotiations, category reviews, and presentations
🧪 Partnering with Product Development, Operations, and Marketing to bring innovation to market
🔍 Tracking category trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
📊 Delivering clear forecasts, reporting, and commercial insights to the CEO and SLT
🌏 Representing Exquisine at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
ABOUT YOU
🏆 Proven senior sales leadership experience within FMCG or food manufacturing
🛒 Strong exposure to retail and/or QSR channels
💡 Commercially sharp, confident negotiator, and relationship-driven
📂 Demonstrated success across key account management and business development
⚖️ Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
