As the business continues to grow, Cocoba Chocolate is looking for an organised, personable and motivated Account Support / Sales Administrator to join its incredible team π«β¨

π¬ THE ROLE
This role plays a key part in supporting and growing Cocoba Chocolateβs UK customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the wider sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
π€ Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing UK accounts
π Ensuring regular contact with customers and responding promptly to enquiries
π Presenting new Cocoba Chocolate products in line with customer launch timelines
π Working independently and with the wider sales team to identify new customer opportunities
π§© Supporting the sales team with ongoing customer requirements
π Delivering exceptional customer service so customers feel valued and supported

π« ABOUT YOU
βοΈ Minimum of 1 yearβs experience in administration or sales
π¬ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
π€ Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
π― Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
ποΈ Excellent organisational and time-management skills
π€ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
