Weβre working with Cocoba Chocolate, a fast-growing premium chocolate business, to hire an NPD Executive to support the development of private label chocolate products with leading retail partners.
This is a brilliant early-career role for someone who wants to get hands-on exposure to product development in FMCG without needing to be overly technical or specialist from day one.
THE ROLE:
β¨ Supporting NPD projects across private label chocolate ranges
β¨ Working closely with retailers, suppliers and internal teams
β¨ Helping manage product briefs, samples, timelines and artwork
β¨ Getting involved in tastings, launches and range updates
β¨ Learning the full end-to-end NPD process as the role grows
β
ABOUT YOU: π

Some experience or strong interest in food, FMCG or product development
β
Organised, curious and keen to learn
β
Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and suppliers
β
Passion for chocolate (obviously π«π)
π This is not a heavily technical role β itβs about attitude, organisation and willingness to grow.
