We’re working with Cocoba Chocolate, a fast-growing premium chocolate business, to hire an NPD Executive to support the development of private label chocolate products with leading retail partners.
This is a brilliant early-career role for someone who wants to get hands-on exposure to product development in FMCG without needing to be overly technical or specialist from day one.
THE ROLE:
✨ Supporting NPD projects across private label chocolate ranges
✨ Working closely with retailers, suppliers and internal teams
✨ Helping manage product briefs, samples, timelines and artwork
✨ Getting involved in tastings, launches and range updates
✨ Learning the full end-to-end NPD process as the role grows
ABOUT YOU: 👀
✅ Some experience or strong interest in food, FMCG or product development
✅ Organised, curious and keen to learn
✅ Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and suppliers
✅ Passion for chocolate (obviously 🍫😉)
👉 This is not a heavily technical role – it’s about attitude, organisation and willingness to grow.
