๐ช Rhythm 108 is on a mission to make ridiculously tasty treats that just happen to be better for you โ and the brand is growing fast. Weโre now looking for a National Account Manager to help shape and execute their UK and international commercial strategy.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership, working closely with senior leadership to grow key retail and distribution partnerships across multiple markets.
Youโll be trusted to own relationships, drive growth and think beyond the day-to-day as Rhythm 108 continues its UK and international expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
๐ Own and grow a portfolio of UK grocery, wholesale and international accounts
๐ Build and deliver Joint Business Plans that drive sustainable, profitable growth
๐ท Lead commercial negotiations across pricing, promotions, terms and ranging
๐ Work closely with distributors and international partners to unlock new markets
๐ค Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations
๐ Support NPD launches, customer sell-ins and international rollouts
๐ Track performance through forecasting, reporting and commercial insight
๐ฏ Act as the voice of the customer internally, shaping Rhythm 108โs growth strategy

ABOUT YOU:
๐ท Proven experience in National Account Management within FMCG
๐ Exposure to UK grocery, wholesale or international retail
๐งฎ Strong commercial acumen with clear pricing and margin awareness
๐ Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led scale-up environment
๐ Highly organised, proactive and commercially curious
๐ Experience working with international distributors or export markets (nice to have)
