BOLLE is scaling rapidly across the UK, US and EU and is now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital growth and help build a category-defining premium brand.

🚀 THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role reporting directly to the CEO.
The Digital Marketing Manager will own BOLLE’s digital marketing function globally. As a fast-growing startup, this is not a role for someone who wants to manage agencies all day — BOLLE is looking for someone who enjoys doing the work themselves, bringing in contractors or agencies only when it genuinely adds value.
The paid media budget will start modestly and scale significantly as performance improves.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one — but you do need to be smart, curious and resourceful, with the ability to learn fast and figure things out.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔍 SEO & Organic Growth (Top Priority)
Build and execute BOLLE’s SEO strategy across UK, US and EU markets
Drive high-quality organic traffic that converts
Own technical SEO, content strategy and link-building efforts
📣 Paid Media
Manage Meta ads (strategy, creative direction, optimisation)
Run Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
Support LinkedIn and other paid social for B2B initiatives

Own BOLLE’s Shopify sites (UK & US)
Drive CRO, A/B testing and landing page optimisation
Work closely with developers on implementation
✉️ Email Marketing
Own consumer email strategy via Klaviyo
Build lifecycle journeys, segmentation and automation
🎤 Webinars & Trade Marketing
Plan and deliver educational webinars for sommeliers, buyers and trade partners
Support B2B marketing that builds credibility and authority in the on-trade

Previous digital marketing experience, ideally in-house at a DTC or ecommerce brand
A startup mindset — proactive, hands-on and comfortable with ambiguity
Smart and curious, able to learn quickly and tackle new challenges
Commercially minded, understanding that marketing exists to drive revenue
Data-driven, confident using analytics and attribution to guide decisions
Strong communicator, able to write compelling copy and present ideas clearly
✨ Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Experience in food, drinks or premium/luxury brands
Exposure to multi-market marketing (UK + US or EU)
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar platforms
