THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are recruiting exclusively for Rhythm 108 for an experienced, ambitious Export Manager to oversee key markets across France, Germany and the Benelux, while driving expansion into high-potential regions such as the Middle East and Asia.
This role plays a pivotal part in their international growth strategy and involves close collaboration with internal teams, distributors, agents, wholesalers, and major retail partners.

THE ROLE:
π Market Leadership β Grow sales across existing European markets, while spearheading expansion into new territories including the Middle East and Asia.
π€ Distributor & Agent Management β Build and manage relationships with global distributors and agents, ensuring strong execution and proactive pursuit of new business.
π Customer Development β Strengthen relationships with wholesalers, key retail partners and international accounts to drive revenue and penetration.
π¦ Operational Coordination β Work closely with order processing and logistics teams to guarantee timely, accurate deliveries and world-class customer service.
π° P&L Ownership β Take full commercial responsibility for export markets, managing budgets, pricing and profitability.
π£ Marketing Collaboration β Partner with the marketing team to activate trade campaigns, support wholesale partners and enhance brand visibility overseas.
π Sales Strategy & Reporting β Create territory plans, deliver forecasts, analyse performance and track competitor activity.

ABOUT YOU:
Strong experience managing distributors/agents within international FMCG or consumer goods
Proven commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong analytical capability
Willingness to travel to support market growth πβοΈ
Fluency in English (French, German or Arabic is a big plus!)
