Wibble is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain & Operations Executive to support their growing operations team.
You'll work closely with our Operations & Supply Chain Manager and their founder, Laura, to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — from wobbly stock counts to jelly-precise deliveries! 🛒📦
THE ROLE:
🔁 Support day-to-day operations — Order processing, stock tracking, communication with warehouses & couriers
📊 Monitor & update inventory levels — Keep systems accurate and flag issues early
📦 Coordinate logistics — Ensure deliveries run on time; troubleshoot with suppliers & fulfilment partners
🧾 Assist with raw materials ordering — Track usage, forecast needs, and raise POs for ingredients & packaging
📈 Support demand planning — Work with the team to anticipate customer/retailer needs and optimise stock levels
🤝 Communicate with suppliers — Maintain positive relationships, documentation, POs, and delivery schedules
📋 Provide admin & reporting support — Weekly reports, cost tracking, documentation and general ops admin
🌍 Support sustainability initiatives — Help research and implement greener ways of working across the supply chain
ABOUT YOU:
Hands-on experience in operations or supply chain (food/FMCG/startup experience a bonus)
Understanding of supply chain processes, demand planning, and an interest in cost optimisation
Strong analytical skills and clear, confident communication
A practical problem-solving mindset with willingness to support strategic decisions
Experience or familiarity with fast-paced, high-growth environments
Proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently in a small team
Exceptional attention to detail, especially when forecasting or managing stock
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
A collaborative, team-first attitude!
➕ Desirable but not essential:
Experience using inventory, demand planning, or order management systems (e.g. Shopify, Unleashed, Xero, etc.)
Experience of working with retailers like Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Holland & Barrett, or foodservice logistics
