THE ROLE:
๐ฅ Wibble are searching for a smart, ambitious and energetic Sales & Account Manager to join their growing team. Youโll work closely with the Head of Sales and Founder, managing key customers while hunting new business. ๐๏ธ The role will initially focus on Retail but can be shaped around your strengths (Foodservice, Wholesale or Export). Expect a blend of office days, nationwide travel for meetings/events, plus some WFH flexibility. This is your chance to join an FMCG rocket ship early and make a genuine impact.
๐ Account Management: Build and nurture customer relationships, sell in NPD, onboard new accounts and maintain engagement.
๐ Reporting & Forecasting: Understand commercial performance, produce reports and provide insight to the wider business.
๐ค Relationship Building: Conduct customer visits, manage communication, and solve challenges proactively.
๐งฉ Problem Solving: Move quickly and creatively within a fast-paced startup environment.
๐ฏ Business Development: Identify new opportunities, pitch with confidence and close deals.

ABOUT YOU:
๐ฌ Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
๐ Commercial acumen and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
๐ FMCG experience, especially within a startup or challenger brand.
๐ Experience in account management.
๐ Confident with numbers and Excel (youโll love spreadsheets!).
โ๏ธ Exposure to export or selling into international markets. (Desirable but not essential)
