THE ROLE:

๐Ÿ”ฅ Wibble are searching for a smart, ambitious and energetic Sales & Account Manager to join their growing team. Youโ€™ll work closely with the Head of Sales and Founder, managing key customers while hunting new business. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ The role will initially focus on Retail but can be shaped around your strengths (Foodservice, Wholesale or Export). Expect a blend of office days, nationwide travel for meetings/events, plus some WFH flexibility. This is your chance to join an FMCG rocket ship early and make a genuine impact.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Account Management: Build and nurture customer relationships, sell in NPD, onboard new accounts and maintain engagement.
๐Ÿ“Š Reporting & Forecasting: Understand commercial performance, produce reports and provide insight to the wider business.
๐Ÿค Relationship Building: Conduct customer visits, manage communication, and solve challenges proactively.
๐Ÿงฉ Problem Solving: Move quickly and creatively within a fast-paced startup environment.
๐ŸŽฏ Business Development: Identify new opportunities, pitch with confidence and close deals.

ABOUT YOU:

๐Ÿ’ฌ Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
๐ŸŒŸ Commercial acumen and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
๐Ÿš€ FMCG experience, especially within a startup or challenger brand.
๐Ÿ“’ Experience in account management.
๐Ÿ“Š Confident with numbers and Excel (youโ€™ll love spreadsheets!).
โœˆ๏ธ Exposure to export or selling into international markets. (Desirable but not essential)
