As they continue to expand across Europe, they are now looking for a driven and commercially minded National Account Executive to support their Benelux market operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

🚀 VCT Europe is seeking a confident and motivated individual to support the Country Manager in delivering agreed business targets across their European customer base — with the opportunity to take full accountability for the Swiss market.

💡 You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category Insights, and Supply Chain teams to deliver best-in-class account management, ensuring strong customer relationships and commercial success.

THE ROLE

🔹 Support the Country Manager in developing and implementing long-term growth plans
🔹 Build and manage customer-specific DAVP (Distribution, Availability, Visibility, Promotion) plans
🔹 Lead promotional planning and performance analysis throughout the trading year
🔹 Provide insight-led account reviews as part of the internal business planning cycle
🔹 Maintain strong understanding of retail dynamics and competitor activity via regular store visits
🔹 Support forecasting, promotional planning and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy
🔹 Coordinate sample requests and handle logistical or technical customer queries

ABOUT YOU

✅ FMCG or Drinks industry experience (wine knowledge or WSET Level 1/2 preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
✅ Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
✅ Excellent communication and analytical skills
✅ Customer-focused with strong commercial and negotiation abilities
