THE ROLE
They are seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to set up and shape the finance function from scratch as the company grows. This is a unique chance to work closely with their factory in Switzerland, helping to drive decisions that impact profitability, margins, and long-term growth.
This role is perfect for someone currently working as an analyst who’s ready to step up into a manager role – with a strong analytical mindset, confidence with Excel, and the ambition to influence key decisions at a scaling FMCG business.
📊 Build the finance function from the ground up, establishing robust processes and controls
💼 Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
💸 Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring profitability and margin focus
🤝 Partner with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to drive commercial decisions
🧮 Deliver clear financial insights and analyses to guide growth strategies
🌍 Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
