THE OPPORTUNITY:
π₯ Doughlicious are now seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, campaigns, innovation planning, and in-market activation for the UK market.
π‘ This is a hands-on, high-impact role where youβll shape brand direction, drive creative campaigns, and collaborate closely with global marketing, commercial, NPD, and supply chain teams.

THE ROLE:
π Brand Strategy & Planning β Lead UK brand planning, define priorities, and identify growth opportunities through insights and competitor analysis.
π£ Campaign Development β Deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, experiential, and shopper channels.
π€ Agency & Partner Management β Oversee creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver aligned, impactful brand activation.
π¨ Innovation & Packaging β Lead NPD and packaging development projects from concept to launch.
ποΈ Retail & Shopper Activation β Partner with commercial teams to build compelling sell-in stories, POS materials, and shopper campaigns that drive trial and rate of sale.
π Digital & Content β Oversee UK brand presence online, including website, CRM, and social content direction.
π Performance & Budget β Manage brand budgets, track performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making.
π₯ Team Leadership β Manage and develop a junior brand team member, fostering creativity and growth.

ABOUT YOU:
π Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
π Experience in FMCG brand management, ideally within grocery-led or snacking brands (Highly desirable: Experience within chilled, frozen, snacking, or premium food categories.)
π Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
π§ Strong commercial and strategic mindset with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
π¨ Experience managing innovation and packaging projects from concept to shelf.
β‘ Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong prioritisation and project management skills.
π¬ Excellent communicator with confidence in presenting ideas and leading initiatives.
DESIRABLE
π Understanding of shopper marketing and retailer media networks.
π± Exposure to influencer and earned media brand building.
