THE OPPORTUNITY:

πŸ”₯ Doughlicious are now seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, campaigns, innovation planning, and in-market activation for the UK market.
πŸ’‘ This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape brand direction, drive creative campaigns, and collaborate closely with global marketing, commercial, NPD, and supply chain teams.

THE ROLE:

πŸ“Š Brand Strategy & Planning – Lead UK brand planning, define priorities, and identify growth opportunities through insights and competitor analysis.
πŸ“£ Campaign Development – Deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, experiential, and shopper channels.
🀝 Agency & Partner Management – Oversee creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver aligned, impactful brand activation.
🎨 Innovation & Packaging – Lead NPD and packaging development projects from concept to launch.
πŸ›οΈ Retail & Shopper Activation – Partner with commercial teams to build compelling sell-in stories, POS materials, and shopper campaigns that drive trial and rate of sale.
🌐 Digital & Content – Oversee UK brand presence online, including website, CRM, and social content direction.
πŸ“ˆ Performance & Budget – Manage brand budgets, track performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making.
πŸ‘₯ Team Leadership – Manage and develop a junior brand team member, fostering creativity and growth.

ABOUT YOU:

πŸŽ“ Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
πŸ† Experience in FMCG brand management, ideally within grocery-led or snacking brands (Highly desirable: Experience within chilled, frozen, snacking, or premium food categories.)
πŸ“Š Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
🧠 Strong commercial and strategic mindset with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
🎨 Experience managing innovation and packaging projects from concept to shelf.
⚑ Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong prioritisation and project management skills.
πŸ’¬ Excellent communicator with confidence in presenting ideas and leading initiatives.
